Hi
Beethoven!!! 10/6/02
– It seems that Sunday’s here are lots of fun!
We got up early this morning and went for a car ride and a bagel, (we all had one) then for a hike up a
mountain. Coco (she is older
than me) has so much energy, I
can not catch up with her. (man and I tired)
Then we went back home to relaz.
I think I like it here! 10/4/02
- Hi
there, I'm in my new home. 10/3/02 - Guardian Angel Boxer Haven is happy to report that Beethoven has left for his forever home! I am sure this boy will be extremely happy...he has a new big sister and a wonderful daddy to teach him all he needs to know. Please watch for updates on this great boy who got his much deserved chance at a new life!! 10/2/02 - Beethoven is pending adoption. 9/21/02 - Beethoven is BAR's first foster dog. He is a super good boy and made immediate friends with everyone in attendance at BoxerFest 2002 today. He has the squarest head and most beautiful eyes! 9/15/02 - Beethoven had a great time yesterday. We went to "The Little Shelter" a wonderful "no kill" shelter on LI, for their annual adoptathon. He got to meet tons of new people, and some new dogs. He even got to run free in their fenced in wooded acre. He spend a long day with my Rocky, who also went to the event. Their was lots of people traffic, and lots of things to do. Everone who met Beethoven, could not get over what a handsome boy he was. He loved the attention. It was a long day, and he crashed out for the nite when we got home. He was a very good boy, and I was quite proud of him. He does seem to do better with people who, when standing, are higher them him. He doesn't seem to do as well with little guys, who are eye level with him. He is such a big, strong boy, that he could easily knock a little guy down. While we were lying down watching TV, I decided to trim Beethoven nails. What a good boy he was!! Never even flinched, not a bit. I also did his dew claws, as those guys were really scratching my arms when I play with him. So, Beethoven is all
trimmed, and ready to go :o)))). He is a really sweet dog, not overpowering with the demands for attention, but if you want to give him plenty, he will GLADLY accept it. Gentle kisses are his specialty, and he does a really nice kidney bean dance for the ladies. Great appetite, not finicky at all, and, oh yes....very obedient. Just a great
dog...all ready to give you a lifelong commitment. So come and get him!! |
