6/5/10 - Bunji has been adopted.  Bunji was picked up yesterday by his new family. They where very nice and I know he will be loved.

6/2/10 - Bungi is pending adoption

4/30/10 - Bunji is starting to feel much better.  He still coughs when he gets excited, but other than that hes pretty much over the Kennel cough.  I started leaving him loose in our bedroom because he's been so good and we have had no problems, he doesn't even get up on my bed. Instead he just lays quietly on his doggy bed.  Since he was so good with that I started letting him be free in the house too and he's better than my own 2 dogs that I still crate because they get into trouble.  I have introduced him to my dogs, and he did absolutely fine.  He wanted to play with my 2 year old male boxer mix, and my 4 year old dominant female who quickly disciplined him. He left her alone and went back to the male dog. I had a friend take some pictures of him today so that you can get a better look at him soon.  Even though Bunji's energy is coming back he still has never jumped on the kids or me, he sits when asked and goes and lays down if you tell him too.  The person who adopts Bunji is going to be a very lucky, to get such a great dog.

4/26/10 - Bunji arrived 3 days ago looking very very sad.  His family left him at the shelter and we both don't know why.  He has been the perfect gentleman except that he doesn't cover his mouth when he coughs.  Yes he pick up kennel cough and rubbed his nose raw while he was staying at the shelter.  They also neutered him and updated all his shots.  This poor boy has had a rough week.  Yet he hasn't complained once.  I've had to keep him in a crate in my bedroom to try and keep my 2 dogs from getting sick, and to let him get some rest and recover from his neutering.  He goes write in his crate and lays down.  Absolutely no accidents in his crate or in the house.  I'm not sure how he is with other dogs yet since he hasn't really met my guys, but when they do see each other there has been no barking or growling from anyone, so I don't believe there will be any problems, but I will let you know.  Bunji has definitely had some training, you couldn't ask for an easier dog to walk.  He never puts any tension on the leash ever.  Keep watching for more updates on Bunji as he's feeling better. But don't wait to long, angels don't stay for long.
