3/1/09 - Thank you for meeting up with us yesterday. Luckily we were able to catch that same ferry back, so we didnt have to freeze outside. He was good the whole ride home and made some people friends on the ferry. Everyone thought he was cute. Once he was home, he met Sadie. At first they had fun and played, but then I think Sadie realized he wasnt leaving and he was getting more attention, so that brought out some jealousy. He had a few pee accidents in the house and only whined for about 5 mins when we put him in to bed, but then was quiet til 7:30 this morning. Today has been much better both playwise and peeing (none at all inside). They've been playing all day and having a blast together. Right now Sadie is on her bed and Petey is sleeping right at my feet. He's definitely a cutie and everyone loves him. Surprisingly, he isnt as high energy as Sadie, but thats a good thing.
We sure are glad we got to bring him to his new forever home. He will definitely be a good addition. Was he always named Bullet? We called him Petey from the ferry on and he really responds well to it. All his commands, when we call him, etc, he always responds. We love him so much! Thanks again! -Matt & Nicole

2/28/09 - Bullet has been adopted.

2/12/09 - Bullet is pending adoption

2/13/09 - We had Beauty School at Misfit Manor last night! Yay! All the pups got baths, and they all feel like little stuffed animals now, lol, Love it! Bullet was the little helper. We did him first, and he was a bit hesitant, but once he was in the tub, he was loving it. He just drank the water coming out while I washed him, little cutie! Then when he was done he made sure to stick around to make sure everyone else was getting clean too. He stayed right in the bathroom while Butter & Joey took their turns. And helped them dry off by licking them profusely once they were out. And he was saying thanks all the while he was in the tub, giving tons of kisses. Also, We’re getting his neutering done, probably next weekend, so I’ll keep you updated on that.

2/9/09 - Introducing BAR’s new 6 month old firecracker!!!!! J And if you don’t think this guy is PRECIOUS……please check your pulse!!!! Hahahaha. He looks like Petey from the Little Rascals!!! Oh, where to start with this cutie??!?! We only got him on Saturday night as an Owner Surrender. And he’s great with other dogs. He met my male & female Boxer, and our male foster. Did Exceptional with them. He also came to dinner at my mom’s and met her little MinPin, also did great with him. He met our cat, and my mom’s 2 cats, and he’ll definitely chase them, but it’s in a playful puppy way. He’s actually ok on leash, we went for a walk yesterday, and he needs a little work, but not much. He’s sort of housetrained. We’ve had only 2 accidents, and it was when it was his turn to spend a little time in the crate. He basically will urinate a little as a way for you to come and get him out…so yes, he’s smart! J However, he learned after I did 2 loads of laundry because of this that the next time he spent a few minutes hanging in his bed that he urinating in, not so fun…. So since yesterday, we haven’t had a problem with that again. Other than that, I've been taking him out frequently, and no accidents. He’s a puppy guys!!!! What more can I say… J he’s precious! J
