9/25/10 - Champ has been adopted

9/15/10 - Champ spent another Saturday playing with his friend Sophie in her back yard. He also, went to his Vet visit last week. He is a healthy dog and just needed  his Lyme Shot. He still is a little shy meeting new people, but never when it comes to meeting new dogs. It seems that his dog food is not agreeing with him so we started a new kind this week.

9/7/10 - Champ had a fun three day weekend. He met a golden retriever named Sophie. They spent some time running around in Sophie's back yard on Sunday. On Monday we took him down to the abandoned tennis court. Since the complex doesn't want to pay to fix it up, the residents have been using the fenced in place to let thier dogs get some exercise. In there Champ was having fun retrieving his Kong Frisbee. We are still working on down and come.

8/28/10 - Champ was very nearvous when he first arrived, but withing a few hours he started playing with toys and warming up to us. Champ is well behaved when we are eating. He sits at a distance and watches you, but does not beg. He has shown no signs of food aggression. He seems very interested in meeting other dogs in the condo complex. When he sees another dog he whines and pulls you toward him. He does need some traing with walking on a leash. He does sit for you sometimes.
