5/11/11 - Angel is doing fabulously and is such a sweetie.  She gets along great with Turbo, our elder statesman, 10 year old boxer boy.  She's a great "counter-surfer", so we learned quickly to make adjustments...LOL!  We're so glad we adopted this wonderful girl!!!!

10/17/10 - Scrappy is such a helpful little girl.  She made sure my mom & I didn't drop any candy while putting together the many Halloween giveaway bags that we had to work on today.  She also "asked that we place these finished bags well out of her reach"...LOL. We are very careful to make sure she doesn't get into things she shouldn't as she seems to have a knack for this, while looking amazingly adorable when "caught in the act"!,She loves going to all kinds of stores with me, any excuse to be in the car is fine with her, and can't wait to go back to the nearby dog run.  Scrappy's also anxious to make friends with our neighbor's Jack Russell, who was afraid of our previous female boxer (Rosie was touch to everyone & everydog except her "pack") so won't come to the fence to sniff noses yet.

10/13/10 - Scrappy has adjusted beautifully and unbelieveably quickly to her new home.  She LOVES riding in the car to go anywhere and she loves kissing her new "brother" Turbo's ears.  She's super snuggly and affectionate and we couldn't be happier.  Scrappy's also great around my 89 1/2 year old mom who thinks she's such a dear.  We can't wait to have her join us on a Fall weekend get-a-way!

9/26/10 - Scrappy has adjusted here beautifully so far.  She's met my elderly mother, is very content to stay upstairs with us, shows an appropriate amount of curiosity about her new surroundings, is playful and adorably affectionate.  You would have thought she'd been here for 2 1/2 mos instead of only 2 1/2 hours. Scrappy pulls a bit on her leash but instantly stops when corrected.  She's great with our 9 year old male boxer, Turbo (and he with her).  She's happily playing with my husband and her new toy.  We think she is going to fit into our family perfectly!
