1/30/05 - Neuman is absolutely the perfect dog. He loves to go for car rides and goes everywhere with me. He always behaves wherever we go and it has gotten to the point where when I am home he is constantly by side and follows me around the house. It is such a joy to have him on my life. Unfortunately he is still having his peeing problem, but we are still trying to work through this. He only has a problem when I am at work and leave him alone for the whole day so on the days I cannot make it home, I am going to have someone walk him and see if it helps. Other than that he is a great boy and I thank BAR for helping me find him.

11/20/04 - Well Neuman has definitely settled into his new home just fine. He is currently asleep on the couch! Nueman is a pleasure to have around. We go on walks all the time and he does not pull on the leash at all. I just wanted to say thank you to BAR and Sandy for helping me bring this guy into my home.

11/6/04 - Pretty Boy has been adopted.

11/1/04 - Pretty Boy is pending adoption

10/29/04 - Well I can't say anything negative about this boy. My 29 year old son just loves him. He wants to keep him. He follows him around. I have taken him for walks and he does not pull on his leash at all. In fact I took my Tony and him on the same leash without any trouble at all and a dog came charging at us from one of the neighbors houses and neither of them seemed to react at all. Of course the dog ran into me instead of them. I can reach down and take his dish away from him and pet him while he is eating. He has a very good appetite and devours all his food. He likes playing with our female beagle a lot. He does not try to get up on the furniture or bed. He does want to be with people all the time.  He wants attention all the time and when he comes in from outside he runs in like he hasn't seen us in a week all excited. He is starting to play with stuffed toys. He is a beauty. He stole our hearts and will steal anyone's that meet him. He has a vet appt. on Tuesday and other than his weight I don't expect they will find anything wrong with him. When he wags his tail his whole body kind of waves with it. I know he is not going to be with us very long and we will be heartbroken when he goes but we know that's what we do to help these guys.

10/24/04 - Well this pretty boy has arrived. He road very well in the car. Slept most of the way. He is a real looker. He is very affectionate. At first he wouldn't leave my side. He goes outside and has had no accidents in the house. He is very, very thin. So we are working on that. He slept in the crate last night with minimal whining at first. He went right in after breakfast this morning and no whining. He has meant the entire family skin and furs. So far so good. I removed the gates tonight to give him free roaming with the others. He went right into the back room and laid down in there with my son. I think by tomorrow he and Tony will be playing outside. They are starting to practice a little now. I have to say I don't know why anyone could let him get away. He's is very good and not even counter surfing yet. His appetite is also very good. He has already been neutered and utd. He will make a trip to the vet next week and this week I will take in a stool sample to make sure there are no worms. He has been good on the leash outside in the yard also. Everyone that has met him falls in love with him.
