10/6/07 - Duncan has been adopted by one of the gals who helped transport him to his foster home last weekend.  She was approved to adopt and was just waiting for the perfect senior and the whole family fell in love with him

10/4/07 - Well Duncan arrived on Sunday in all his greatness. He is a big boy, but a gentle giant. He's
 already in the house like one of the pack, thanks to my son, I take things a lot slower, but it wasn't
 necessary this time. "Hey, come on in Dunc, here is the couch, here's where the treats are,
 here's the food. Make yourself at home" And he has...He's a very good boy. Listens well, walks well on
 leash, after you tell him to walk nice, sits, gives paw, waits, just a very good boy. So far the
 only thing he's not good with are the cats. But he backs off when he gets his nose scratched
 though. He's a quiet guy, if that's what you'd like, but also loves his walks. We haven't gotten into
 playing yet so will let you know on next update. Duncan won't be around for long before he's
 adopted.
