10/4/09 - Brandy has been with us for two weeks and we love her!  In fact, we have decided to keep her for ourselves...  She settled into our home so quickly and easily that we believe that there is no other place for her to live.  She has become a wonderful companion for our senior BAR girl who has a bit of separation anxiety-- allowing our younger guy to spend more time out of the house.  Brandy has been enjoying the wonderful fall weather here on the farm doing yard work and exploring the property.  She seems to really enjoy  being outside and sunning herself on the warm driveway.  Brandy, also, wiggles like nothing we have ever seen before!  She demands big attention when we arrive home by wiggling all over the place and if she doesn't get enough she makes these funny little whining sounds :)  She is hilarious...  We know that her family loved her very much and we are so thankful that we will be able to love and care for her for the rest of her days.   We look forward to many years of fun...
