1/5/11 - Faith is pending adoption

12/20/10 - Well, we took the brood to see Santa. Every one was nervous except Faith. There was an adoption going on at out pet store where so many dogs were barking in crates. Faith is so easy going it didn't even phase her. She is such a good girl. We can't wait to spend Christmas with this girl! You don't know what your missing!

12/10/10 - Video of Faith http://sharing.theflip.com/session/cf5a96827c14e9e8eb2b5893f1568fd4/video/37226841

12/9/10 - So... Mom doesn't have much to say except that I'm doing GREAT!!! What I don't understand is why nobody wants me!!!!  I will give you so much love and happiness! My life may not be very long, but while I'm here it will be the best times. I don't require much at all and I am a very good girl. MY foster mom tried to take more video(she is not very good at it). Maybe she will post it. It was during one of my playful times( which are short and sweet by the way).

11/8/10 - Well, Faith continues to make us all happy! She really is seeming to get younger and younger. Every day she finds one of the dogs to play with and she has finally found her bark! She doesn't bark often at all and it does sound funny because of her hearing but it makes her soooo happy to be "normal". My feeling is she has waited so long to become a "pet" and she finally feels like one, so she is letting it all out ( as much as a 12 year old can). Her favorite place is on anything soft and keeping an eye on you in between naps. When my kids leave their back pack on the floor and it is around somebody, that is classified as "something soft". She can only fit her butt on it, but its all good. One look into her eyes and you just melt!!!!! She is so precious and never does anything wrong. She is desperatly waiting for her forever home. That will be a VERY sad day for our family,, but with three dogs already in our house, we feel in unfair to keep her when she would love more one on one time. By that I mean..... someone to sit next to and pet her. She does well competeing with my three young dogs, but she deserves more. We have recently found a new sweet spot on her. Its her chin!!! Her leg goes a million miles an hour when you scratch there. We are still brushing her teeth after meals (2x a day)and what little teeth she have left are holding strong. Even though she only has half her teeth, she can eat just about anything. We thought we would have to soften her food but she does excellent with regular dry dog food that she steals form the boys. And about that... she will take any food she can. She is a little piggy, Her favorite treat is dried chicken tenders. I just can't say enough about this girl. You will fall in love instantly!

10/19/10 - Faith is a joy, she always greets you with the Boxer wiggles and a tail that seems to go a million miles an hour.  she seems to get younger and more active, except for her teeth, as the days go by and is sure to put a smile on anyone she meets face.  She would love to have a home to call her own.

9/22/10 - Here is a video of Faith

9/9/10 - Faith is continuing to give us smiles. She is such a love. Her eyes just melt you. She looks like a 12 year old but doesn't always act it. She gets her spurts of puppy wags and playing with me and the other dogs. She does seem to have some teeth issues. We are now brushing her teeth 2 times a day because of an infection, and she is on some antibiotics. So far so good. Faith is so tolerant! No problem giving her pills or brushing her teeth. She will do just about anything for a treat. We just love her so much and are happy to have her in our home and we know she would make anyone happy.

8/24/10 - Well well, here we are again. Faith has settled right in.She is in such good shape for a 12 year old. Whenever we come home she is ready to play. She is soooo cute!!!! She only spends about 2 min playing and then she rests. If you meet her you will fall in love. Her tail is always wagging and she has the prettiest eyes. She is enjoying playing with the younger boys too, as long as their not too rough. She has brought so much joy to our house!!!

7/23/10 - Faith is doing great. She is fully adapted to her new surroundings. She is so sweet and loving. Any one who doesn't have a great deal of time, this is the girl for you!!! All she wants is to be with you. No exercising required, plays very little, sleeps a lot. Friendly and loving! After a hard life she is relaxing. We love her to death an I know anyone else would too. The family is leaving for vacation and grandma will be baby sitting. Stay tuned for more. BTW... she loved her second bath and did excellent with her nails.

7/12/10 - It's been a strange week. First my mom takes me to a strange home she called her mom's house. There was a lot of sand.... she called it the beach. I was a perfect lady. We went for walks and met a lot of new people and dogs. Mom said I did great. I never pull on my leash or get too excited or rude in front of new people and animals.  Then I went home with my foster Dad and 3 foster fur brothers. I was so attached to my mom and she was very worried but as usual I surprised every one. I actually started bonding with the fur boys. They don't quite understand that I do want to play. I started trying to rough them up a little in my 12 year old way.  They are very gentle with me for being so young. I guess they are a little confused since a week ago I wouldn't play when they asked. Any way its been a great week and my Foster Mom and kids came home today. Mom can't believe how good I looked. I heard her saying that my eye stains are almost all gone and I've gained a little weight. Any way.. ta ta for now.

7/2/10 - it is hard to believe Faith has been with us for a week.  she has adjusted so well to our dogs and kids that you would think she had lived here all of her life.  When the young pups get a little crazy, grandma is there to settle them down.  She is eating well, but is extremely interested in people food.  There is nothing not love about this little girl.

6/28/10 - Well, well.... after a very crazy weekend we are all settled in. She loves it here. As long as she sees us, she is happy. She is always wagging her tail. I believe the reason she follows us is because she is deaf. It doesn't matter to her or us and creates no problems. For 12 years old she sure is tough. She got a bath yesterday... didn't care to much for it but was good and then she had to do the typical playing and running to dry off...well as fast as a 12 year old can be. So if you haven't noticed I am not calling her by name. She is a total survivor that need a special name. Hopefully we will figure it out soon. At night she goes to her crate and goes to sleep... and she sleeps like a log!!! She sleeps later than my kids! Any way all is great... stay tuned for more
