Dear Foster Home,

We have put together the following list of questions and have found it a great tool for a quick overview of a foster dog's personality,
behavior, etc. and a great conversation starter when a prospective family is talking to the foster family.
  We would really appreciate it
if you could copy the questionnaire below into an email, complete it and forward it to Gail DeGraff @ gailee1474@yahoo.com after your
foster has been with you for 2 weeks so that we will have one for each foster available when someone inquires about a specific foster.
Feel free to give suggestions on any questions that we may have left out.  We're thinking it will be a "work in progress", but hopefully it
will be a real time saver for all of us.  Also, this list will be a good tool when you are doing your updates and can't think of anything new
to report.  Also, please let Gail DeGraff know if you are experiencing any troubling behaviors that you don't feel qualified to resolve.
We want to be able to help with these issues by either brainstorming between our volunteers or by addressing the problem with a trainer.
Thank you for everything you are doing for your fosters.
