11/23/05 - Juliet has been adopted by her foster-to-adopt family.

11/18/05 - Juliet is doing wonderful!!  Both she and Romeo are getting along great.  There is definitely no food aggression with these two.  Juliet will eat out of Romeo’s dish and vise versa.  But boy can Romeo move if she goes after his bone!!  I didn’t think he could move that fast.  What a sight it is to see him play tug with her!  The toy that Romeo is using is just about her size.  He is so gentle with her.  He knows when to back off.  She has the sweetest disposition and always eager to give hugs and kisses.  And what a snuggle bug!  Last night I came home to find my husband on the couch with her asleep on his lap.  Juliet is making some progress on potty training but there is still a ways to go.  She is such a good girl!!
Tina I attached some pictures that we took if you want to post on the site.  I am having trouble getting ones of just her, since she is always on the move.  I will continue to try and if I get one I’ll send it to you.  Do you know when her next Doctor’s appointment is?  How was her stool sample?  If you need help getting her to the next appointment let me know.  Thanks for everything!

11/16/05 - Juliet is doing awesome!!  She just seems to fit in so well.  As if she has always been apart of our family.  It is so funny to see Romeo bounding around after her, and Juliet letting him know who is boss.  Trying to work on potty training.  Since winter is around the corner we are going with paper training until spring.  Any suggestions would be great.  Juliet is great in the crate.  She will whine a little but settles right in.  I have the 2 crates facing each other so the 2 of them can interact through out the day while we are gone.  We gave Juliet a small bone and she immediately ran into her crate with it.  She was having so much fun, but something caught her attention in the kitchen and she went running.  Next thing you know, there is Romeo trying to get into the crate to retrieve the bone.  Can you imagine an 80lb. Boxer trying to fit into a crate the size of a shih Tzu!!  Jessica took some pictures tonight.  I’ll try and send you some as soon as we down load them.  Thanks again for everything and will write again soon.

11/14/05  -4 month old female pekeingese/shih tzu mix girl came into rescue yesterday looking for a home..well it didn't take too long for the word to spread and this cutie pie has a foster to adopt situation.  I am sure she will do well in her new home with another dog to play with and a little girl to adore her.
We will get updates on a regular basis until final adoption.  The family has chosen to name her Juliet as they have already adopted Romeo from BAR.
