Boxer Stolen from Danielsville, GA

Maggie is a 6 year old fawn with white markings, female, spayed, 55 pounds. She has a broken left K-9 tooth. She has a thyroid problem that requires medication.  If she is not on her medication, when she sheds she does not grow her hair back, therefore she will start having bald spots all over her.  They will continue to get bigger and I'm afraid someone will think she has mange. She has a stiff hip when it is cold weather, she is on medication for that also.  She looked very healthy when she was taken but that is because she was update on her medication. Maggie is a sweet dog that loves people and other animals. She likes cats and we had chickens that she never bothered.  She
is very playful and loves to sit in your lap. Thank you so much.

My pet is missing.  He is a Male fawn boxer 082.  005 Black face with white markings on his chest and paws.  His tail is docked.  His ears are NOT cropped.  He was wearing a green collar when he was with me last.  His name is Zeus.  He was with me last at the Prime Fuel Station on St Rt 41 and St. Rt. 70 near Springfield, Ohio.  I let him out of the vehicle to go to the bathroom and he disappeared.  I have hung flyers and went door to door with no luck.  Not only is Zeus my pet but he is my companion.  He is 7 1/2 yrs old.  My initial thought is someone took him.  He is very friendly and could be easily coaxed into a vehicle.  If anyone hears of a boxer matching his description, please contact me via email or phone.  I am willing to pay a nice reward to anyone who can bring Zeus home.

UPDATE - FOUND  - We found our boxer. He was waiting for us this morning at the back door.  He had his collar on but not the way it had been put on when he left. He wasn't too hungry so someone must have had him. We are glad to have him home but someone must be missing the other boxer we acquired in the process. We will probably keep them both if we can't find his owner. We are building a house on five acres so there will be plenty of run room. Even though they are males, they seem like they will be OK together. Thanks for your assistance and support. I will keep looking for the other boxer's owners.  Marianne

Lost Boxer....and Found Boxer

We live in Williamstown. It is in Gloucester County, Monroe Township, New Jersey. We alerted the SPCA and the police. We have put out flyers and notes to mail boxes. We are all so upset. As I told you on my first e-mail, in the process of looking for our boxer (male, two years old, brindle, "TJ"), we
rescued another boxer. My husband answered a call routed through the SPCA and it was the wrong dog but the people were going to send him to the pound so Herb brought him home. The other boxer that we rescued was found in Mullica Hill, Gloucester County. He in a male brindle approximately 10-18 months old. The SPCA is likewise aware of him. Someone has got to be looking for him as well.  He had no ID but is well mannered and well groomed and well fed. I cannot imagine that someone would have abandoned him. Our phone number is (856)728-6629, cell (856)816-4807. We want to find the owner of the other boxer and also want to find our dog. That other owner must be worried as we are.

TIPPER - 4/19/03 - Poughkeepsie, NY
Tipper has been found!!!

5/14/03 - Hi All,  We have some wonderful, wonderful news!! Our "little man" TIPPER came home tonight!! We got a call from some people about three miles away. They said they were sure they had our dog. Their son found him in a field late today....curled up in a little nest he had made for himself. The poor little guy lost quite a bit of weight and was just covered with ticks....which we removed tonight. Tipper still seems disoriented. He'll be going to the vet tomorrow for a thorough check-up. We'll give him a bath in the morning and check for ticks and stuff.
We can't thank you all enough for your positive thoughts and prayers for our Tipper. We never gave up. We looked for him every day. Thank god we had a good buckle collar and name tag on him! We'll keep you posted on his progress. The herd was soooo happy to see him back home.
James and Diana

4/20/03 - Yesterday at about noon Tipper, our Boston Terrier, got out of our fenced in yard somehow. We've been searching for him but he's no where to be found. We've notified the town dog warden, the SPCA, the N.Y. State Troopers, and called all of our neighbors.
Please keep Tipper in your thoughts and prayers.
We've had him for only six months.....but he's become a BIG part of our family.
Please contact James or Diana @ jhobbit14@aol.com if you have any information on his whereabouts.
