7/12/10 - Reggie is pending adoption with his FTA famly.
6/15/10 - Well, I think Reggie might be house trained. I was working on my computer in the office when Reggie started to cry/whine from the living room so I immediately looked for a leash and ran to take him outside. To my surprise he actually had to pee!!! Good news with that. Yesterday we found out that he is a squeaky toy remover. Meaning that he rips the noise maker out of it and spits out all the stuffing. He sure is fun to watch doing that. I guess this means a trip to the dollar store. When he plays he pounces on the toy when he gets it. He actually brings back the toy if you throw it for him. That was another great surprise.
6/14/10 - He loves to go for walks but I think I tired him out after about a half a mile so we will cut the walks down to be shorter. Reggie needs to put on a few pounds and gain some strength before we can do long walks. I will cut him back to more shorter walks 3 or 4 times a day. He's very gentle when taking treats it's like he's a perfect gentleman.
6/13/10 - His next friend was a 6 year old black pug named Marty. Immediately they wanted to play, but Reggie still has stitches from his neuter and is not allow to play yet. He loves to go for walks and does need a little training there, but he learns very quickly.
6/12/10 - From his foster mom Mary. Today we picked up Reggie from the vet after being neutered yesterday. He's such a handsome boy. He's actually captured the hearts of my friend Trish immediately, my husband and mother too, so we think he will be a great addition to our family. Currently we have no other pets and didn't plan to yet, but he's so wonderful. He's made friends fast. His first introduction was to his new friend Captain who is a 9 year old male lab mix. They were instant friends.
