Julie is currently in a shelter waiting for a foster or Foster-to-Adopt home.

Julie has come from a very sad situation. She and another dog reportedly lived in a basement with no daylight for approximately four years until they were surrendered to a city shelter. Julie is extremely friendly despite the neglect.

Julie is now in a shelter in New York City that does not have a “no kill” policy. If she does not come into rescue within a certain amount of time that shelter may elect to euthanize her.
