*The directing and coordinating positions described here do not adequately reflect the most important positions-those of the BAR volunteers who may not hold a directing or coordinating position but who perform the essential duties essential to the Rescue operation. The BAR volunteers who participate in CURs, who perform Home Visits, who pitch in to help with fundraising and friendraising, and who care for foster dogs in their homes are the most important component of this organization.
